    I'm just the opposite, my chest grows no matter what I do, and how often. I've always been a chest bencher, and that's all I ever do for chest: flat and sometimes close grip. So, genetics and the way you perform the exercises are responsible.

    I'd say if you're not eating a couple of burgers in a single meal or 5-6 whole eggs for breakfast - you aren't really bulking :D I hit McDonald's on a regular basis when bulking, but I like to skip fries and shakes. Excess fats and carbs won't do much good for me.
