If it is something like that, how long does the pain usually last? The soreness has been pretty consistant for the past 4 day. It does not feel like it got any better or worse, and the lump has not got worse or better. I think that I would feel a little better if the soreness would slowly start...

I thought the same thing about a nerve or a blood vessel, but would I not have felt that when the needle went? I don't know. The injection was painless, and the soreness did not start till the day after. By the way guys, thanks for all of this feedback. It is well appreciated.

The gear that I am using came from the same bottle as the other injections so I don't think it is the gear. I just never has this type of soreness before. I use a new needle every time and I use an 18 guage to draw, and a new 25 guage to shoot. So when the needle goes into my glute, it is new...
