    well what do you normally eat in a day? training would be good though, gain some lean muscle tissue while you're at it so that you'd burn more cals and be change body composition easilier. your active job is good too..that'll burn cals. the next thing you have to address is diet...

    quark...milk... if this is for a slow absorbing meal before bed then you can have a solid source of protein...with a source of fats. if you want to keep things really clean then you can have whey with olive oil or flax...

    what are your goals and do you train in the evening? cant say those sources are optimal..the nuts can pass...if you cant handle the shake then have cottage cheese or quark or even some other lean peice of meat..or eggs..with some fruit or a source of fats...

    myth..it doesnt render it useless and it doesnt destroy it...burning does. the heat changes the 3D molecular structure of the protein...the aminos are still there meaning the protein is still there...it's fine..just slightly altered form...dont worry about it...

    the little plan you wrote out seems fine to me...assuming the meal beforehand will supply a good amount of complex carbs for energy. probably be good to carb up a bit earlier in the day as well. the carb drink at half time or whenever you can sip some would be good to refill depleted stores...

    that depends...i mean..there are other factors that'll affect things...hard to say for sure.. how much time do you have until you want to reach the 8% bf?

    why dont you get the actual seeds and just grind them so that you get the lignans, fibre, and stuff? if it's the oil then make sure you get one in a dark coloured tub/container thing and keep it in the fridge once you get it.. not too sure about the actual numbers on the labels...is there much...

    can have a mix of both maltodextrin and dextrose(can also be labelled as glucose)...half portion of each. some articles/reports show that there's an advantage...probably minimal in the big picture of things...

    Flax without the Flack

    the oil will provide you with EFA's...essential fatty acids. these are important to get into your body on a daily basis. in my opinion it's something a lot of people don't realise. getting the actual seeds has its benefits as well....just make sure you grind beforehand and store them properly...
