Any ideas on other slow absorbing protein sources (casein) other than cottage cheese and "Pm protein" powders?

Appreciate any thoughts! Thanx!

if this is for a slow absorbing meal before bed then you can have a solid source of protein...with a source of fats. if you want to keep things really clean then you can have whey with olive oil or flax...

casein protein takes about 8 hours to digest, makes a great before bedtime snack
