I got his grappling encyclopedia of finishing holds. Its great, well worth the cash, and easily applicable into your BJJ game but as most of its a little outside the box it catches people out. Plus his just a funny bastard

Has anyone experienced massive lower backpumps from OT. I'm currently running 60mg ed along with EQ and have been experiencing lower back pumps that are starting to affect my workouts. This is the start of my 3rd week with OT
If anyone has similar experiences what did you do to deal with it ?
