    how much cardio??

    I like doing hiit, It tires me out the most and makes me feel like i had a good workout. I think its better to do after workout, because i hate lifting weights all sweaty. Also depends what kind of lifting your doing.

    So do cardio if i have to make a choice until my bf is low. I figured doing more cardio to get my bf down will be more helpfull then working abs out at first. Ill still try to do abs when i have extra time though. thanks

    Best workouts for leaning up and getting defined

    Hard rock, you say no carbs after 6. Would that include no protein shake after 6 that has 3 carbs. I was wondering also like greek yogurt for a snack at night has 90 cals 6 carbs 15 protein grams. I usually do that about 8:30 if i go roller blading for 1 hour. I go to bed at 11:30
