why the hell anybody that is 5' 8" would wont to weigh 220 is beyond me. 170 to 180 and soid muscle is the way to go. at 220 your going to be one fat ass and not cut.
does your fingers ever go to sleep? if so you may have nearve damage or may need the nerve that runs in back of the elbow moved to the front.( this nearve can cause pain in your forearm.
