Injured shoulder: how to train around it
I injured my shoulder. The doctor said I don't need surgery but that I need to lay off of it. He recommended that I not train at all but said that if I do train I have to be smart. What are some tips and advice you can give me on training on an injured shoulder? I need help.- wriasue
