    It takes up to 72 hours for a muscle to fully recover from intense weight training, bro. And you still need to rest your central nervous system. Also remember, that your chest may be lagging, but how are your delts and tri's, coz you will be training them every other day as well.

    I fully agree with B True. Just about everything will work to a degree. I think extensive ab training is over-rated if you are doing heavy weights - especially big heavy compounds
