make sure the ingredients on the side of the bread don't say "enriched flour". enriched = filled with sugar.
if it doesn't say that, then you know it's whole wheat.
nothing fancy, a simple pull, push, legs works well.
i have also had success with this:
mon - legs
tues - chest, tris
wed - rest
thur - back, bis
fri - shoulders, abs, calves
I think it looks pretty good. I used to do something very similar.
A few suggestions:
- add shoulder press to your push workout.
- i found that my back need more rest than one day after doing deadlifts to be able to squat. i would move pull day to monday, and push to wednesday, and leave...
