    cutting out bread

    make sure the ingredients on the side of the bread don't say "enriched flour". enriched = filled with sugar. if it doesn't say that, then you know it's whole wheat.

    i agree with needsize, about 5 reps with good form. once i can do 6 or 7, i bump up the weight. it has worked well for me. good luck.
