    Increasing Jump Height?

    Some guys like to use the Leg Press to do calf raises, just load it up, then lift with your toes on the edge of it, but DONT unlock it...no need to. By the way, quads are more important than calfs for overall vert. Good luck with squats.

    Can't get out of the hole at 225

    Try mixing in some legpresses if your quads are your weak point. They seem to work great on quads and groin area (dunno why lol)
