    I have been for awhile now, when I was playing college soccer I would cramp up really bad from all the running, so since working out I have been taking it so I cramp less.

    I am having a problem that I am cramping up quite a bit. I am taking potassium supps and drinking 3+ liters of water per day. The cramps come when I move or bend or twist in a strange position... Any ideas on what else I can do to make these go away?
