    Squats......belt Or No Belt?im Confused

    I only wear my belt when working with 85%+ of my max for working sets or for a new PR. I feel it adds some stability, which leads to heavier weights, but I'd rather work my core then wear a belt everytime. Plus I don't like how it makes it more difficult to breathe.

    I wouldn't ingest casein PWO, it takes too long. IMO if you were going to mix a bucket up, I'd just use whey, dextrose, and maltodextrin... but it might just be easier and more precise to make a daily shake

    Give me a trap workout that will give me results in three weeks.

    I second Biggt with the power/jump shrugs. They work the best b/c they give you largest range of motion. I have noticed that doing db static lateral holds (like for shoulders), doing these drop-setted, help to grow my traps, too. But I would def start doing power shrugs, and cleans too.

    NOTHING grew my delts like heavy push presses.. I would definately include those in any shoulder workout.
