For those or you who do Farmer's walks/holds..
Do you use DB's? I like to hold plates better, but my gym only has 45 or 100lb plates.
Are there any other options?
I only wear my belt when working with 85%+ of my max for working sets or for a new PR.
I feel it adds some stability, which leads to heavier weights, but I'd rather work my core then wear a belt everytime.
Plus I don't like how it makes it more difficult to breathe.
I think 15 lbs in 6 weeks is decent if not great progress.

I wouldn't ingest casein PWO, it takes too long.
IMO if you were going to mix a bucket up, I'd just use whey, dextrose, and maltodextrin... but it might just be easier and more precise to make a daily shake
Those kits are prescription. But I am sure you can find something just as potent OTC. I am seriously interested in the OxyPowder, but Ghede's info on the medical journals scares me..
Not to hijack, but Illuminati- I measure hand spacing by putting my hands whereever on the bar they make my forearms perpindicular to the ground when the bar is on my chest. I heard this was best for energy transfer...? For me, that makes my middle fingers on the rings.

I second Biggt with the power/jump shrugs. They work the best b/c they give you largest range of motion.
I have noticed that doing db static lateral holds (like for shoulders), doing these drop-setted, help to grow my traps, too.
But I would def start doing power shrugs, and cleans too.
