FOr what it is worth, I do sets with the bar as part of the warm up and to make sure I'm in the right groove. Wonder what they will make of that!
Before I started considering adding things I would look at how I inject.
1. How fast do you inject in ml per minute?
2. Is the end of the needle moving about in the muscle?
Both make a big difference.
I may have to convert to bodybuilding sometime in the future. In the mean time I'm just protecting my joints as much as possible. FOr me it's all about making the lift.
