    I used to do 110 but I've switched to preacher curls; I feel a lot more in control doing preacher curls than BB curls, but I'm probably just pussin out here

    I really feel it from preacher curls and BB curls. I've also read that preacher curls are good because they work the muscle that's under your main bicep which will make your arm swell up and will improve your peak.

    Cool, thanks for the info, I've got the same low-arch deal going for me too, I'm looking mostly at shoes for moderate pronators, NB seems to have a lot of street cred in this area.

    Thanks a lot for all the replies, I'll definitely put your advise to good use. I'm liking what I've read about the NB shoes and I'm thinking of trying the New Balance 854s or the New Balance 805s. I'll probably stop by a Foot Locker or Sports Authority to see how they feel before I buy them...
