saw an old post that some guys were using this cycle effectively.anyone have any experience with this or know if its a safe cycle?also a type of a/s and dosage would help.thanks

has anyone with tedonitis in there elbows know of a way to work out witout pain or further damage?ive been layin off for a little while and was wondering if theres a cheat so to speak.
i dont have that prob but my friend does.ive watched him slowly get some noticable results with a half hour of cable crossovers at 3 different angles.about 9 sets all together at the end of his chest routine. hope this helps.

to be honest,test makes me shoot massive loads like 2 ,3 times a day.theres never a clean towel around anymore.also my girl found my special sock. damn
ive been doing 5g 5 days a week and dont load and ive found it to be just as effective. also ive noticed a difference in weight gained while on a/s and creitine. prob just water but muscles are fuller too.
