    Big time problem guys and hopefully you can help. Right now i'm weighing in at a whopping 285lbs at 6'1"(around 19% bodyfat). I'm currently about 25-35lbs over my suggested playing weight for international play. I am in search of a good diet that will lead to good b/f lose as well as weight...

    Have you been on a cycle before? I wouldn't suggest starting during season if you have never done a/s before. you don't know how your body will react. just my opinon, and i've worked with quite a few athletes and have delt with this subject before.

    Plyometrics are dangerous and ineffective if done incorrectly and with added resistance, ecspecially depth jumps.
