I've just starting doing Incline rack lockouts and all i can say is DAMN! It sounds like it would be akward but it really isn't and i get a good pump.

Have you been on a cycle before?
I wouldn't suggest starting during season if you have never done a/s before. you don't know how your body will react. just my opinon, and i've worked with quite a few athletes and have delt with this subject before.
