the area that i get the ingrown hairs, i never touch with a razor.i always use a tweezer to remove the hair in that area.the hair grows under the skin Only in the mid cheek area where i dont shave. im 40, ive had this problem since late 20`s .when i did laser hair removal it went away for 7 yrs...

I use test andI have constant ingrown hairs on my face. Not on my beard where I shave but on my cheeks. I've had this problem for yrs wen I'm on. Now Im on all yr round, anyone kno of any meds that may help? I've used most topical solutions .I've read that its from high androgen levels. :

i tried it a few yrs back, it was good.

i went to the docs and mine were slightly elevated 17.5 the doc told me test will raise it.What steriods don`t rasise the levels??

i`ve read all the different posts on reconstituting igf1 can someone please simplify it for me i want to make 20cc`s of solution. so how many cc`s of distilled water / how many cc`s of vinegar do i use . ive read 7.5 :1 is that 7cc-1 cc?? I can use a bit if assistance.

what supplements will raise my hdl, i eat good ,i use fish oils. train 6 days a week, and do cardio. i never had a problem until now. it seems the more i train the lower my level gets.
