    i wouldn't choose my protein on tastes. i'm trying to look for what works for the body. when i'm thirsty i have water, or oj.

    Weight Gain

    eat big, get big. at your size if you're working hard and not gaining around 1 lbs / 2 weeks you're not stuffing your face as often as you should. it's not all in the suppliments.

    i don't know how i did it but since i started weight lifting i lost the urge to eat for pleasure. it's all in your mind.

    it would only have .75g protien per gram of powder. ON, which is what i currently have has 81g protien per gram of powder.

    Training without weights. Ideas?

    doing regular pushups is just going to allow him to do more pushups but it wont increase muscle mass. he should have someone apply resistance on his back to get him in the 4-6 rep range.
