Whenever I work hard for a few weeks I start to get sick. I usually hit it 5 days a week. 2 days upper 2 days lower and one day running. I'm getting plenty of sleep and sometimes even nap during the day. Drink fruit juice at every meal. And a apple or so atleast every other day.

2x10 Incline
3x10 Pull downs
3x10 Military Press
3x10 Triceps
3x10 Biceps
