    Some of my friends take a puff before the gym..they dont get "blown" or "blazed" they just get a little bit buzzed and they are ok.. afterwards makes alot more sense tho because you can eat like a monster

    ive been running the 5x5 for 10 weeks with good results. Something i notice though is my shoulders have lost muscle mass and my lats have lost some mass also.. Not good for bodybuilding..

    the 5x5 routine worked well in improving my strength. Diet has been good and since january 1st ive gained a good amount of weight ( about 6 lbs of lean mass) My goal is to be a bodybuilder with a good amount of power. Im not ready to make my own routines because in the past i have done that...

    The only time i feel soreness during the week is usually on my triple day after i do deads, its a good soreness tho and it feels good when i pump out the triple :)

    Today is my Squat Overhead press Deadlift Day Instead of 4x5 on deads can i do something with less reps without damaging my CNS for thursdays workout of the 4x5, 1x3's... Id like to do triples or less for deadlifts because ive always been told anything over 2 deads in a set is pointless..
