Is there any advantage to dropping weight each set as opposed to adding weight to each set, or vice versa? I know there are times when I'll decrease each set by 2-3 reps, but I also add weight each set. Does one way make more sense than another, or to each his own?

Well, I'm just getting started in this lifestyle / sport / whatever you interperet it as, and I have to say that it's amazing to read these things. I'm still at the point where it feels strange to look forward to working out, but I do. Reading everyones views on this is truly inspiring. b...

Thanks for the info!
Is there any big difference between the three of these? I've taken the ZMassPM and the ZMA Fuel and been happy with them, but I picked up a bottle of the EAS ZMA HP today to give it a try and I noticed that they recommend taking it 1/2 hour before working out and 1/2 hour before bed instead of...
Yesterday I noticed for the first time some veins on my forearms and biceps after working them. The thing that I find strange is that they were dark in color, kinda bluish. Does this mean that I'm not getting enough oxygen or blood into my muscles?
This is probably pretty simple, but I did a...
