i reckon something simple for a meal replacement like
30 grams of Whey and add 100grams oat bran
with a couple of fish oil tablets for fat
would workout well i think as a replacement , its probably even better than real food
at my gym they have some crummy machine where u can do pullups with it with ur knees resting on a pad
if u cant do pullups u can always use that machine
all i can say is nah dont do it
just be healthy do it the right way nice and slow
keep ur muscle and lose ur fat take your time!!

sex is proven to be a useless form of exercise burns hardly any calories
on the other hand when i have sex with myself i get big muscle forearms or should i say forearm
i just take it according to the label mine says 100 grams is equal to i think 90 grams
so i just take 5 x 20 gram scoops which wil be 90 grams of dextrose
is this the best lower ab exercise ? , is it safe ...i always think im gonna pull a hernia
but it always feels like a good workout

had a quarter pounder last week for the first time in my life ..normally i go for the big mac
quarter pounder pretty dam yuck man so dryed out cant even swallow it texture nearly as bad as charcoal steak
well ive tried both ways
my firts time i was on creatine i took 5 grams a day and seem to do nothin even after 8 weeks
next cycle i loaded up and it seem to work well
now i just use CEE works better than both use 2 gram before workout and 2 gram after and also use 4 gram on non workout...
