I noticed when I do deadlifts or squats I get delayed onset muscle soreness 2-3 days later. My chest, shoulders, arms seem to react much different.:confused:

So basically, if I add ALA to a meal I will have diverted more glucose/nutrients into my muscle cells than into my fat cells?

My understanding is that ALA stimulates insulin receptors on muscle cells which increases uptake of glucose, i.e. disposing glucose into the muscle cell.
The question I have is does ALA also increase insulin activity at fat cells? If it did, could it have somewhat negative effects (if above...
