I know Andy personally and he's a really great guy. He's also a good fighter but he'll never be a great fighter until he learns to listen to his corner and he knows this. His Jiu Jitsu is slick and he should have used it.

Thanx bro. Being on multiple insulin injections daily i have my diet dialed in. i don't touch processed carbs. i have a very high protein and green veggie diet for optimum athletic performance. Any carbs i do eat are consumed in the morning and tapered with no carbs the last 2 meals of the day...

How about throwing in some Turinabol @ 40mg day for the last 4 weeks?

Kimbo will be fighting Ray Mercer in a MMA fight in June. I believe it's in Atlantic City. Kimbo has been training MMA with Charles "Chainsaw" McCarthy in Florida since he had his ass handed to him by Sean Gannon. That being said there is no way in HELL he will stand and trade with Mercer.
