Mabye, mabye not.... I had a package take over a month to get to the US from canada... I had written it off, but it came in eventualy, and postmarked the same day the guy said he had sent it out... So dont sweat it to hard yet. These things happen.
My stats are very similar to yours and I started a test only cycle at 300 mg a week three weeks ago. I'm up about twelve pounds so far and my strength is through the roof. Don't get me wrong, its all water and I look like a balloon. But I'd say just judging from that it is more than enough...
Well dead lifts kill my lower back as well..... If they didn't I would stop doing dead lifts... I'm a bit confused about the problem. You know its not a chest exercise right?
