    What kind of food intake should I have over the next 7 days to finish leaning out? I want to drop as much fat and water by next Thursday as I can while keeping muscle loss to a minimum. Any ideas? I've already been dieting for several weeks and have been leaning out nicely. Thanks, TH

    Insulin Management There's a lot of comments about not mixing carbs and protein in the same meal. I know you're not eating lots of carbs, but when you do, should there be a concern about spiking insulin levels? Can you just add a serving of fatty acids to slow the absorption of the carbs?
