Squat - 45, 65, 85, 95, 105
Bench - 100, 120, 140, 165, 185
Row - 45, 65, 85, 105, 125
WEEK 1 DAY 2 5/21/08 Weight 157.5
Squat - Too sore couldnt do squats...
