one month ago i did my first DL competition...
...suprised my self... as my previous best was 465 @ 145ish... over a year ago...
...i cut some weight to make the 148 class... open men group...
...i opened with 407... easy pull...
...second lift... 440... no problem... the adrenaline...
i took an energy drink that had a shitload of niacin... i thought it felt cool... kinda trippy... gave me realy shakey ...twitched out energy rush... :evil:
an amino acid? im dont know anything about it realy... but couldnt you just eat like a pound of steak and get a pretty decent dose???

but what about the people that have almost no reaction/benefiet from taking creatine... it does absolutely nothing for me... maybe because i eat a ton of red meat that contains creatine in it... so i notice no effect in supplementing it...
