    5'9" 175lb. Pics

    I must have been dehydrating or too carbed down when I was weighing in at 175. I have the same waist size now, same condition (a little fuller), but weighing in at around 185. I'm amazed at how my quads are filling now compared to the pics. I've cut out most of the treadmill work.

    I chug a mixture of dextrose, maltodextrin, and Powerade powder, combined with 40g whey isolate, L-glutamine (and glutamine peptides), creatine, and BCAA's. It goes down easy.
