I've done several conversions and the watman filter has always come sealed in a little bag with the kit. This time I received a kit with the watman filter just laying in the box. Is it still ok to use or should I order another filter that's sealed?

Open up your stance and point your toes out. Sit back as you squat instead of leaning forward. Try doing box squats until you perfect your form.

I stopped deadlifting for 6 weeks and concentrated on full squats, power cleans, and lower back conditioning work. My deadlift went up 30 pounds. I was very pleased with these results.
