    bronkaid question

Yes, bronkaid and primatene both have ephedrine - usually in 8mg-12mg doses per tab. BE CAREFUL - each pill also contains guaifenisin - a mucolytic agent that can cause nausea and vomiting, dizziness in higher doses. Keep it safe, 2-3 pills per day tops.

    dandelion for the liver

Yes, there are some herbs that help...HOWEVER, the only real world tried and true, evidence based (research backed) one is milk thistle. It has an active compound called sylmarin that is used in some hospitals around the world. The rest of the herbs can help (especially if synergistically) but I...

    Any Supps for cortisol control?

I second that @muskate Lifestyle is what matters. Sleep, proper rest. "too much cortisol" is BS, with the exception of Cushing's Syndrome.

    Getting my wife pregnant

It depends if you have a sufficient sperm count. AAS will, of course, suppress sperm production. However, after 4 months off gear, sperm production should be normalized. Be aware that in some individuals, return to baseline can take up to a year if you aren't using PCT.

    Crossfit versus traditional weightlifting

Controversial response here: Crossfit is the answer to the following question: "What is the best way to get a newbie injured when they first start?" You are starting out after a few years: You lack the coordination needed. You don't have the necessary joint proprioception. Your joints have not...

    How to reduce cellulite

    1) Cellulite is fat, so get leaner 2) If it is just mild cellulite and you need to look good at the beach or something, you can use preparation H on the area for a day before (it sucks out water of the area it is applied to, shrinking the fat cells, and thus the overall appearance). Having said...

    Beer

I second what Masonic Bodybuilder said. It's only 100calories or less. It won't affect you.

    Birth Control

Cellulite is basically fat accumulation. Birth control increases fluid retention that puffs up the fat cells causing weight gain and dimpling (cellulite). IF your cellulite is just water retention, yes you will lose it once you come off of it. HOWEVER, if you actually gained bodyfat (from...

    Gut Bacteria

Just eat greek yogurt daily. That's all.

    CoQ-10

I second that - SteveMobsterG You need at least 200-300mg daily for about 8-12 weeks for mild-modest reduction in BP. Realistically, if you already have high blood pressure, get some medication from your doctor man... high BP causes damage - stop wasting your time in the hopes of fixing it...

    vitamins for diabetic person

Even gummy multivitamins don't contain sufficient sugar to make the slightest difference in a diabetic. Don't worry about them being sugar free or not.

    Low blood pressure

Only symptomatic hypotension (low blood pressure) is a problem. Yours is actually ideal. Don't change your diet to try to raise it - thats how you develop heart disease.

    Sleep

ZMA, benadryl . But the guys are right, sleep hygiene is very important. No caffeine, don't exercise too close to bedtime, no tv or bright lights. Don't do computer work etc. Stop all of it about 3-4 hours before bed.

    New but here to learn

Dude. Just diet. Everything else is just a booster. Sure the PH's/roids will keep your muscles mass but they will not affect fat loss if you are in a calorie surplus. Count calories if you must. Eat light, lift right.

    Lactic acidosis

@stevesmi I'll second that - SLEEP! :) You have to let the inflammation and damage clear up.
