I like to take bigger doses with less intervals, you get a higher peak this way. It's really more of preference though. Some people will say you can shoot sust every five days, or some say you should shoot it eod for the propionate benefits.

I use one hand forward and one hand reverse grip. If I am going heavy for like 1-3 reps I'll use the belt. 5 reps and up no belt, no chalk and no wraps, just bare hands.
