    Cheers Ua... My diet is very clean...I eat six times a day..taking in about 4000 calories and include protein shakes that makes up 300gms of protein... Would it really be worth lengthening my cycle to 10weeks, I can get more Sust/Decca within 2 days if required...???? Cheers.

    Stormtrooper.listen to these people.. you have to eat man...increase the calories....eat 6 meals a day...eat, eat eat... You`ve only been training 6 months...its a marathon not a sprint Stormtrooper.. Personally I wouldn`t advise a cycle until you have truly got the diet/training regime...

    3 x 8 d/bells doesnt sound like a full bicep workout to me either.. try incorporating a change of exercises/angles by doing preacher/hammer/standing/sitting curls...more sets required....train them once a week hard like this and the rest of your workout will still give your arms a boost.
