OOOOh Yaaaaa, 96 GRAMS! 1.5 lbs Cottage Cheese 30-40mins before bed!! LoL (Yes, that says ONE and A HALF POUNDS!) That and the Natty Peanut Butter & Banana sandwiches are my favorite part of bulking/winter!!!!! Thanks Macro....I'll use 1500mg per 1.5 lbs!!!
