First what is an "effective" dose for Liver Protection?
*Is the dosage for Milk thistle itself -or- the overall extract dosage?
What is the BEST/CHEAPEST brand/web site?
*Is the Milk Thistle sold on www.anabolical.com a solid product? How many per day for Liver Protection? The label reads....Milk Thistle_____1,000mg
