Help remove lactic acid
Lengthen your muscles
Help relieve stress (Ease the mind)
Help prevent injuries
Yoga, different types of massage, dance. Even guitar hero or rockband (The drums). Or anything that has the 'fun' factor.
Seems like I had a good first pick mthen... well, not really, as I've been trying different weights over a period of time. I just review the good stuff when it comes around. What other equipment would you recommend at present... new things on the market?
What Kind of course? I'm always looking for activities that I can do that will benefit my bodybuilding body and mind, without actually doing any 'bodybuilding'.

I find by doing that, it opens my mind up a little more and leads to a happier bodybuilding...
I do agree on the 'getting used to' part. Nothing wrong with looking a little different than everyone else either... robot hand and all. But I guess in general, a lot of people do have an issue with people given them weird stares at the gym.
Know of any similar dumbbells to these two?
I think both are great alternatives (And space savers) in the home gym environment. But have any of you used either of these. If so which did you think worked best overall?
Everyone's will be different. Mine is building leg muscles... as i am 6'2 and all legs. but what is yours, and how have you tried to solve that pain point as of now.
