    Thanks for the help, little resting is such a nice change of pace for me(Drank and Ate around 6k calories, this on the other hand sucks worse than the lifting), I'm planning on resuming MMA training on July hopefully I'll pick a few pounds in muscle by then.

    So I just got back into weightlifting after almost a year, I'm going to follow this program to the letter, it doesn't seem to have how long the rest times are between sets, Joe Defranco says 3-4 minutes for jumping but no mention of rest for the weightlifting sets, I'm assuming 1-2.5 minutes...
