no real updates, broke a bone in my left hand doing a close grip bench press of 220lbs and havn't been able to lift anything since so cardio has been my only release. 1 more week to go untill im ok to lift says the quack but i have to keep it bound tight!
short term goals are just to increase my fitness as much as possible lowering my body fat to around 10-15% while increasing my muscle mass to keep my weight a constant 280lbs.
long term goals are to get into bodybuilding and to keep my body in as good a shape as possible.

don't worry about the dicks, there is nothing wrong with being a large build if you are willing to put in and try hard to be healthy. i started off at 315lbs (6'6")and have trimmed down to a healthier 280 or so. it can be done but the taunting doesnt help.
