    sometimes when i deadlift heavy i feel a very uncomfortable pressure (bone-grinding almost) right at the outermost part of my hip-bone. When this happens i assume i shouldn't be going so heavy and drop weights.

    lately what i have been doing at the end of my arm days are an isolated bicep and then tricep with 2x10 (Full rest, as heavy as you can go) 3x12 (very short rest) that always gets me really sore

    so today i tried doing some front squats. It hurt my shoulders a whole lot and i wasn't able to put up much weight and halfway through the set i said fuck it and did lunges instead. Is there any advantage to doing front squats (opposed to back squats)? They just seem painful and unnecessary...
