    It's up to you. The more calories you cut, the faster you will lose weight. 2000 calories is a good start. That gives you another 3500 calories per week deficit. So that's a lbs. I tend to diet on extremely low calories, but that is my preference.

    There is no good/accurate body fat scale. There is a margin of error, and it is so large that they aren't worth using. Trust me, you will end up cursing that you bought one. They are so inaccurate, it's not funny. Get a good set of calipers and get practice with them.

    I would opt for a whey/casein mix in water preworkout, with a small apple. 10-15g of whey intraworkout with some simple carbs. I like to use smarties, instead of liquid. Eat the smarties as needed to keep bg slightly elevated and just enough to maintain training intensity and keep hunger at bay.

    BCAA's are amino acids, amino acids contain calories. BCAA's also cause insulin secretion, which you do not want when trying to release and oxidize free fatty acids during cardio. You do not need BCAA's to prevent catabolism from cardio.

    Focus on calories. There is nothing magical about a specific protein/fat/carb ratio. Get sufficient protein, then choose how many carbs and fat you need. You need at least 50 to 100g of carbs to have a net positive impact on decreasing protein breakdown.
