Try working your delts first... you wont be able to bench as much, but with the delts already fatigued it will isolate your pecs more..

250 hurts just as much.... yup, its normal. mix it with deca... no pain at all!!

Thanx again for the great comments folx..... im definatley gonna stay with the sus now, its working great, i havent had any sides as yet.. apart from a little acne at the end of my first cycle!! like ya say "if it aint broke!"....

thanks guys... i'll probably stick to the sus... im happy with the gains made sofar... im 39 years old , height 180cm, weigh about 185 pounds , bf around 15% .. ive done 4 cycles in the last couple of years... Heres a pic!!

im injecting twice a week, 2ml of sus and 1ml of deca on sunday. 1ml of sus and 1ml deca on thursday.. the sustanon hurts like fuck if i dont mix it with deca...

Hi y'all.. i normally cycle with about 750 sustanon and 500 deca.. i have found i made good gains with this, i was thinking of trying test e on my next cycle instead of the sus, anybody have a preference?

if you were dehydrated your urine would be dark!! is the air con on in the gym, how long are your cardio sessions... it takes me 20 mins at a heart rate of 160 to start breakin out a sweat.

hi y'all..... i finished a 8 week cycle of sustanon 250, a shot every 5 days...3 weeks after the last one ive started pct with 3 weeks of clomid... during the cycle i'd say my nads shrunk about 75%... after just one week of pct my nads are back up to size.... im gonna carry on the pct anyway...

If you fly in europe at the moment, you cannot fly with any liquid in your hand luggage or on your person, the xray machines will pick them out. you can take 100ml of something but u must show these in clear plastic bags. i would put them in the luggage u check in....
