Just a quick question, I have always done regular Push Presses and wanted to know why you all do the BTN push presses, or do you just switch back and forth.

I think that you just need to gain some weight. No one that is 6 feet tall and 172 pounds with 12% body fat is going to have big shoulders. What does your entire workout plan look like?
Your not going to bulk up and cut bf at the same time. If bulking is your priority, keep the calories the same. If you are trying to cut bf still keep your calories the same each day, just adjust how much you take in each day.
