    yah but my damn arms or shoulders won't grow!!! and like i keep going from 148 to 152lbs.. i'm 148 for like 2 days, than i'm 150lbs for 3 days... its frustating! =(

    i learned that its not how many times u do it, its how u do it. if u do it shitty form then don't even waste ur time by addin more weights. do what u can with good form n with weights that ur body feels confortable with. time will actually tell when to increase the weight on ur bench press.

    oh fuck yah, that is so true. I used to them last year when i started but it hurt too much the next few days so i stopped. Then last week i did them once and it was hurting for the next 2 days. never again i'm doing that shit. :evil:
