Nope, not really, not wholly beneficial at that point, some kind of quality isolate probably a better solution and certainly not casein. SIMES

N-Large Vanilla flavour, wouldn't go near it now with a barge pole, or I'd end up fat as a pig, but years and years ago it was a winner, cheap, decent macronutrient split for bulking, some decent quality whey and a reasonable taste, lot of sugar though. SIMES
