I have 2 full sealed bottles of NO2 from way back when, that are expired.
I've looked all over the net for real data on the loss of potency on them and can't find it anywhere. All I get is "hummmm if it's expired you prolly shouldnt use it" ok well no S**t.

I completly agree, when youre eating 6 or 7 times a day your always anabolic not to mention no time for supps that need an empty stomach.

I agree thats why I'm asking. The study was done by some university but I have also heard more so over that other studies have contradicted it and the studdy was flawed. It's been awhile I will admit since I've done much research but believe me I used to be all over every supp out there.
