I read somewhere that sit-ups target the Psoas Muscle rather than the abs. Ths muscle runs from the lower back to the upper front thigh area. Does anyone know if this means that it would work the love handle or hip bone area?

How long i it safe to take ECA? When stopping, how long should one take a break before resuming? At what dosage can Yohimbe Bark be taken safely wih ECA? Has anyone experienced a problem with fatgain after ceasing the ECA and Yohimbe Bark supplementation, if diet and exercise level remain the same?
I have been taking the ECA stack for 6 weeks. Results have been good. Amazing loss of fat, particularly in hips, upper thighs and ab area. I work out 3-4 times weekly and have for 2 1/2 years. Couldn't loose fat in the above mentioned areas until started ECA. I had considerable jitteriness...
