    In my opinion, I think it's determined by the angle at which you hold your hands while performing any bicep exercise. If I had to pick one movement, I'd say to stick with straight BB curls. Maybe even use it on a preacher bench.

    You're all pretty much saying what I thought. And that's what I do. I lift first, then do high intensity running. Mostly in quarter mile intervals. I'll start out walking, then run a little, then run fast and slow it back down. Variety is the key, I guess. Thanks.
