    The Scale is + - 6% accurate. The caliper if they were the experience ones and if he was experienced is +-2% accurate. In this situation your height doesnt really have that much to do with it, the results are compared to a scale set of norms.

    Thanks bro, that was a good read. im going to pick it apart and see if it will work for me. the only problem with it that i see so far is that I cant do any strongman events during the week, 1) I dont have access to the equipment and 2) I have one event day per week.
