    Actually read a post somewhere...think m&m saying ALA might not be best and limiting the effect of DNP. Take it for what its worth...I always use r-ala....and with the free radicals from DNP I still think ALA is worth it.

    Green tea's fat loss action is NOT simply the caffeine in it. THe EGCG has been proven in studies to raise metabolism by up to 2%. Also, r-ala does improve insulin sensitivity..as does a few other compounds. Another good addition to the stack would be ALCAR at 2 grams a day.

    No, any simple sugar to increase absorption will do. Dextrose is just usually better (higher GI) and cheaper. Like the other said..any generic is usually fine, but I would try to stick to anything with creapure logo. Some get stomach problems off other stuff.

    I know people who use it. They seem to like it, even though it is just a whey concentrate. Good price, I prefer Optimum myself but to each his own.
